Product washing instructions
1. Before washing, it can be soaked in clean water for a few minutes, but it should not be too long to avoid color damage.
2. The general washing temperature does not exceed 30 ° C. The reverse washing is suitable. Neutral washing liquid should be used instead of bleaching.
3. It should be dried on the reverse side in a ventilated and cool place, and should not be exposed to avoid discoloration.
4. When ironing, the temperature is below 110 degrees.
Tips    
* Due to different measurement methods, if there is a 2cm error, it is within a reasonable range.
* The weight of the product is weighed from the sample. Due to the different products, there may be small errors in the weight.

Usually our MOQ is 100 pcs/color. But we accept small quantity for the first trial order.
 
2. How to get sample ?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
 
3.How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
2-3 days for existing samples.
5-7 days for customize samples.
4. How long is the massive production lead time?
7 days for MOQ.
20-25 days for 30000 pcs of order.
Accurate production lead is based on your order quantity.
 
5. How much is the freight charge?
To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.
 
6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Files in fonts of JPG, AI, CDR or PDF would be better ,We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
