Q1.How can I get some samples?

1)We are honored to provide you samples for free for routine models, New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost; some special request will be charged,all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed.
2)Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a international express service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL,TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; Or inform us your account of express. It will be better for you .

Q2.How does your factory do regarding quality control?

1)All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2)Skillful workers inspect every detail in handing the stamping, printing, packing process;
3)QC department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

Q3. Can you print or emboss my logo on the cushions?

Yes, we can print or emboss the logo on the ear pads cushions or headbands for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo. We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers's picture, logo, sizes etc.

Q4. What is the minimum quantity per order ?

Generally the MOQ is 3000pcs for customized ear pads and headbands .For trial order, 1000 pcs is also workable .

Q5. Do you have a range of stock items for sale?

We prepare bulky of ear pads at stock , for oversea distributors , wholesalers , importers , shopowners and so forth . We have an online store for small orders and samples .

Q6. ls there any discount for bulky order?
